Prairie View Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following matter:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Prairie View Municipality Zoning By-Law #2018-15, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Prairie View Municipality Council Chambers located at 678 Main Street, Birtle, MB
DATE & TIME: September 8, 2026, 9:05 am (0905 h)
PROPOSAL: To add a Gravel Pit use to the property.

PROPERTY LOCATION: SW9-16-27W, Prairie View Municipality
AREA: Approximately 9.5 km southwest of Birtle
CONDITIONAL USE ORDER APPLICATION
ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-139-CU
TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment a Gravel Pit use on the land in the Agricultural General “AG” zone.
