Hamiota Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location and date/time at which time and place the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Hamiota Municipality Zoning By-Law #2019-4, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Hamiota Municipality Council Chambers located at 75 Maple Avenue E, Hamiota, MB
DATE & TIME: September 2, 2026, 7:05 pm (1905 h)
PROPOSAL: To satisfy the conditions of a subdivision
APPLICANT: GeoVerra Manitoba Land Surveying Ltd.
OWNER: Cattlex Farms Ltd.
PROPERTY LOCATION: SW35-13-23W, Hamiota Municipality
AREA: Approximately 5.5 km southeast of Hamiota
CONDITIONAL USE ORDER APPLICATION
ORDER NUMBER: 2026-331-161-CU
TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment a Non-Farm Dwelling use on the land in the Agricultural General “AG” zone via subdivision.
A copy of the above proposal and supporting material may be inspected at the Mid-West Planning District office during normal business hours. Copies may be made, and extracts taken there from, upon request.
