Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. See below for closure dates.

A minimum of one working day’s notice is required when booking inspections or development reviews.

For Mid-West Planning District in-office visits we highly recommend to call first as we are often working away from the office.

COVID-19: If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID please refrain from going to the office. Wearing a mask is optional, but we strongly recommend if you have been feeling sick to wear one or book a call with our team.

OFFICE CLOSURES: Our offices will be closed on the upcoming days in 2026. If you require an inspection the next business day after a closure, please book with us the day before the closure.

STAFF TRAINING: Building and/or Fire Inspectors will not be available during training days. If you require an inspection the next business day after a training day, please book with us the day before the first day of training.

District Municipal Office Schedule – 2026

For 2026, we will hold office hours in each of the municipal offices (10:00 am – 3:00 pm) for the public to come for consultations or to drop off paperwork or payments. We also recommend if you require an inspection or site visit in that area, to schedule it during these days if it is convenient to you.
