Prairie View Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:

Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Prairie View Municipality Zoning By-Law #2018-15, as amended.

VARIANCE ORDER APPLICATION

ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-127-VO

FROM: the minimum front setback of 125 feet  TO: 35 feet

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: To allow the location of the new detached shop/garage and bring the existing dwelling and the existing garage on the property to be in conformance with the zoning by-law
