TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment a Non-Farm Dwelling use in the Agricultural General “AG” zone via subdivision on the land.

VARIANCE ORDER APPLICATIONS

ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-115-VO

FROM: the maximum site area of 10 acres TO: 15.0 acres

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: establishing a Non-Farm Dwelling use in the Agricultural General “AG” zone via subdivision

ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-116-VO

FROM: the minimum site area of 80 acres for General Agricultural Activities, Livestock Operation (10-299 AU), and Farm Dwelling uses in the Agricultural General “AG” zone TO: 36.95 acres

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the existing uses into conformance with the zoning by-law for the subdivided parcel “C” and “B” via subdivision to be amalgamated with roll # 1600, 144800, and 174950 (labelled Parcel “A”).
