Rural Municipality of Oakview, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.3 of the Rural Municipality of Oakview Zoning By-Law #2019-3, as amended.

AREA: In Rapid City, south of the river on the north side of Hwy 24 (2nd Avenue) on the east side of the gas station.

FROM: the minimum side yard of 15 feet TO: 11.5 feet for the right and left sides
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: locating a building for an Establishment for the Provision of Personal Services (Clinic) use in the General Development “GD” zone via purchase and amalgamation.
