Rural Municipality of Oakview, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.3 of the Rural Municipality of Oakview Zoning By-Law #2019-3, as amended.

HEARING LOCATION: Rural Municipality of Oakview Council Chamber located at 10 Cochrane Street, Oak River
OWNER: CL Van Veen Construction Ltd.
APPLICANT: Leo Van Veen, owner, CL Van Veen Construction Ltd.
PROPOSAL: To allow for multiple dwellings to be built on the property.
PROPERTY LOCATION: 585 Fourth Avenue, Lots 11/12 Block 23 Plan A, Rapid City, Municipality of Oakview
AREA: In Rapid City, south of the river and west of PR 270, on the northeast corner of Fourth Avenue and 6th Street.

TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment a Multiple Dwelling Dwellings use on the land in the General Development “GD” zone.
