Prairie View Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Prairie View Municipality Zoning By-Law #2018-15, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Prairie View Municipality Council Chambers located at 678 Main Street, Birtle, MB
DATE & TIME: July 14, 2026, 9:15 am (0915 h)

PROPOSAL: to construction of a 3-sided, storage pole shed
PROPERTY LOCATION: 76100 PTH 83, Lot: 1 Plan: 38462, Prairie View Municipality
AREA: Approximately 1 km south of Miniota on the west side of highway 83.

FROM: the minimum rear yard setback of 25 feet TO: 5 feet
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the proposed location of the shed into conformance with the zoning by-law requirements for an Agri-Industrial use in the “AG” zone.
A copy of the above proposal and supporting material may be inspected at the Mid-West Planning District office during normal business hours. Copies may be made, and extracts taken there from, upon request.
