Prairie View Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matters:

Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.4, Article 2.31(b)(i), and Subsection 4.7(c) of the Prairie View Municipality Zoning By-Law #2018-15, as amended.

CONDITIONAL USE ORDER APPLICATION

ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-117-CU

TO PERMIT FOR: the establishment of an accessory Animal Keeping use in the RR zone on the land.

VARIANCE ORDER APPLICATIONS

ORDER NUMBER: 2026-403-134-VO

FROM: the minimum property line setback for animal keeping buildings and structures of 15 feet

TO: 10 feet from the front property line, 0 feet from the left side property line, and 0 feet from the rear property line.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the existing fence and storage building into conformance with the zoning by-law requirements for buildings and structures of an accessory Animal Keeping use in the RR zone.

FROM: the maximum fence height in the required front yard of 3 feet TO: 5 feet

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the existing fence into conformance with the zoning by-law requirements for buildings and structures of an accessory Animal Keeping use in the RR zone.
