Hamiota Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location and date/time at which time and place the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.7 of the Hamiota Municipality Zoning By-Law #2019-4, as amended.

PROPOSAL: To bring the existing house into conformance with the current zoning by-law

AREA: on the southeast corner of Birch Avenue and Third Street in Hamiota

FROM: the minimum front yard setback of 25 feet TO: 12.58 feet
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the current house into conformance with the current zoning by-law to allow for the addition of a deck.
