Hamiota Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location and date/time at which time and place the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Hamiota Municipality Zoning By-Law #2019-4, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Hamiota Municipality Council Chambers located at 75 Maple Avenue E, Hamiota, MB
DATE & TIME: November 06, 2024, at 7:15 P.M. (1915 h)
PROPOSAL: To establish a Farm Dwelling use in the Ag zone.
PROPERTY LOCATION: 137134 Road 78N, NW31-13-23W, Hamiota Municipality

TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment a Farm Dwelling use in the AG zone.
AREA: Approximately 2.5 km southwest of Hamiota MB.
