Rural Municipality of Oakview, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Variance Order under Part 2 Sentence 2.32(c)(i) of the Rural Municipality of Oakview Zoning By-Law #2019-3, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Rural Municipality of Oakview Council Chambers located at 435 3rd Avenue, Rapid City
DATE & TIME: September 22, 2025, 6:25 pm (1625h)
PROPOSAL: To bring the fence height into conformance with the zoning by-law
PROPERTY LOCATION: 400 Fourth Street, Lot 10 Block 15 Plan A, Rapid City, R. M. of Oakview

VARY FROM: the maximum height of 4 feet for a front-yard, non-residential fence TO: 6 feet
FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the newly installed fence into conformance with the zoning by-law.
AREA: On the west side of Fourth Street, south of Second Avenue in Rapid City
