VARY FROM: the maximum site area of 10 acres for a non-farm dwelling use       

TO: 20 acres

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: establishing a Non-Farm Dwelling use in the AG zone via subdivision

VARY FROM: the minimum right-side setback of 25 feet for accessory buildings/structures       

TO: 0 feet

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: allowing for the existing location of grains bins next to the new property line via subdivision
