Rural Municipality of Oakview, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Rural Municipality of Oakview Zoning By-Law #2019-3, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Rural Municipality of Oakview Council Chambers located at 10 Cochrane Street, Oak River

PROPOSAL: To allow for a mobile home to be located on the land
PROPERTY LOCATION: 127044 Road 87N, NE14-15-22W, Rural Municipality of Oakview
AREA: Approximately 11 km northwest of Cardale

TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment of a farm dwelling use and an additional farm dwelling in the Agricultural General “AG” zone and to bring the buildings into conformance with the zoning by-law
