Rural Municipality of Wallace-Woodworth, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:

Application for a Conditional Use Order and Variance Order under Part 5 Table 4 of the Rural Municipality of Wallace-Woodworth Zoning By-Law #3-2019, as amended.

PROPOSAL: to bring the commercial freestanding business identification sign into conformance with the zoning by-law

VARIANCE ORDER APPLICATION

FROM: the maximum height from grade of 35 feet for a commercial freestanding business identification sign  TO: 46 feet 2.75 inches

FOR THE PURPOSE OF: bringing the existing freestanding sign into conformance with the zoning requirements in the Industrial General “MG” zone to allow for the addition of two additional cabinets increasing the sign surface area
