Prairie View Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location, date, and time during which the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matters:
Application for a Conditional Use Order under Part 3 Table 3.2 of the Prairie View Municipality Zoning By-Law #2018-15, as amended.
HEARING LOCATION: Prairie View Municipality Council Chambers located at 111 Sarah Ave., Miniota, MB

PROPOSAL: To establish a farm dwelling use in the AG Zone
PROPERTY LOCATION: SE-19-13-27W, Prairie View Municipality

CONDITIONAL USE ORDER APPLICATION
ORDER NUMBER: 03-PV-25-CU
TO PERMIT FOR: The establishment of a Farm Dwelling use in the AG zone on the land.
AREA: Approximately 8 miles southwest of Miniota on the west side of Highway 83.
