Hamiota Municipality, under the authority of The Planning Act, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the below listed location and date at which time the Council will receive written or verbal representation from the applicant and any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following application matter:
Application for a Variance Order under Part 3 Table 3.7 of the Hamiota Municipality Zoning By-Law #2019-4, as amended.

PROPOSAL: to bring the existing, legal non-conforming building into conformance with the current zoning by-law so a deck may be added.
